How to Respond to our text messages
Instructions
For our appointments, we use text messages to confirm or cancel.
The text message you receive will contain a five digit code, for example 12345. The code in the text you receive will be different. Do not respond with 12345 in your message.
To attach your insurance card(s), take a photo of the front and back of your card(s) first. Select the photos from your gallery or camera roll and share them with your text or messaging app. Do this before the next step!
To confirm, enter the five digit code (for example 12345) and add "confirm" to the response.
Your text should look like this: 12345 confirm. Send the text with the attached photos and your response. All the information should be in the same text.
You will receive a text message that states your appointment has been confirmed If you wish to cancel at a later date, just follow the instructions below.
To cancel, enter the five digit code (for example 12345) and add "cancel" to the response.
Your text should look like this: 12345 cancel.
After canceling, you will receive a text stating the appointment has been canceled. If you want a reminder to reschdule in a month, type in the five digit code in the original message (for example 12345) and the word remind.
Your text should look like this: 12345 remind.
Do not just respond with the five digit code (for example 12345) as that does not tell if you are confirming or canceling.
Do not reply only with "Cancel". That response will stop text messages from our office. If you do this accidentally, text 806.370.9944 with the word "Start" and you will resume receiving our text messages.
